tree-sitter-cli is the command-line interface for Tree-sitter.

Tree-sitter is an incremental parsing system for programming tools.
It can build a concrete syntax tree for source files and efficiently
update the tree as the source changes.

The tree-sitter command-line tool is used to develop, generate, test,
inspect, and use Tree-sitter grammars.

The installed binary is named tree-sitter.

The tree-sitter binary itself has no required runtime dependencies.
However, some commands need additional tools:

node is required for generating parsers from grammar.js files
cc/c++ are required when compiling or testing generated parsers

These tools are not required for simply running the tree-sitter binary.
They are recommended if you intend to work on Tree-sitter grammars.
