I think this needs to be wrapped up but we have not had much review on the
list.

I suggest we run a quick 3rd LC focussing on the changes that you made,
and then request publication.

upport ANCP RFC 6230, specifically the ANCP version negotiations as describ=
ed in Section 3.5.4.1 ANCP Adjacency Procedures - Overview?

Do you know of any testing device (e.g. Agilent-like) that might do so?
