RFC8875 suggests github organizations be named "ietf-wg-XXXX".
Our is named cellar-wg.

Renaming is not required, but it seems like a good idea to me.
All of RFC8874/8875 are essentially guidelines, best current practices, btw.

Github says that almost everything will be redirected (repository access in
particular), but not https://github.com/cellar-wg itself.
They list that the biggest threat is that old name could get squatted on!

In looking at the settings, I noticed that we could upload a logo.
Does EBML/FFV1/Matroska have a logo? Some IETF WGs have created a logo.
  6tisch has:
https://duckduckgo.com/?q=3D6tisch+logo&atb=3Dv147-3__&iax=3Dimages&ia=3Dim=
ages&iai=3Dhttps%3A%2F%2Ftwatteyne.files.wordpress.com%2F2013%2F10%2Flogo_6=
tisch.png

Unless there are objections, I'll hit the rename button Tuesday.
Our next meeting: 2020-12-01, in ten days.

It will surprise no one that the summaries for our repo to the mailing list
don't automagically follow the renaming. I've updated our entry in
https://github.com/ietf-github-services/activity-summary to point to the
new name.

Best,

Dear All,

We had rescheduled our "November" meeting for December 1, to avoid American
holidays and allow recovery from IETF 109 for some of us.

We're scheduled for next Tuesday. I wanted to collect agenda items, beyond
our usual work on issues and PRs.

I know we should make sure everyone is aware that the working group
repository has been renamed.

I know we talked about confirming our meeting schedule for 2021.

What else do we need to include?

Best,

Spencer

Fine with the renaming. If the logo is used for the whole CELLAR group, the M=
atroska one may not be suitable. We might as well use an IETF logo.

Hi, thank you!
I had been wondering if there was a setup to run the summaries, and now I
know.

I wish this was automagic - I set it up fairly soon after joining Cellar,
and managed to miss FFmpeg/FFV1, because it wasn't in the same directory as
the rest of the Cellar repos. I added it after the first meeting where we
worked on FFV1, and realized I wasn't seeing that activity.

What we're reporting on now, is

    "cellar@ietf.org": {
        "digest:sunday": {
            "eventFilter": {
                "notlabel": [
                    "editorial"
                ]
            },
            "repos": [
                "ietf-cellar-wg/ebml-specification",
                "ietf-cellar-wg/matroska-specification",
                "FFmpeg/FFV1",
                "ietf-cellar-wg/Cellar-FLAC",
                "ietf-cellar-wg/chair-notes"
            ],
            "topic": "CELLAR Activity Summary"
        }
    },

Is there anything else I'm missing? Note that I'm not including anything
labeled "editorial".

Best,

Spencer

I THINK what has happened, is that the secretariat has numbered our interim
meetings sequentially, but the meeting titles look like they contain a
MONTH, not a sequential number. So I'm seeing interim-2020-cellar-09, but
the date is 12-01-2020. Is that what others are seeing?

Best,

Spencer

The meeting numbers are a sequential number, with September having been
cancelled and then rescheduled as virtual.

So it looks like a month number... until it isn't.

Dear All,

Please note that I have uploaded an agenda for
https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/agenda-interim-2020-cellar-09-cellar-01/.

Of immediate interest would be discussions about 2021 Virtual Interim
meeting dates, so we can send our request to our AD.

I believe the fourth Tuesdays of each month look like this:

   - January 26
   - February 23
   - March 23
   - April 27
   - May 25
   - June 22
   - July 28 clashes with IETF 111
   - August 24
   - September 28
   - October 26
   - November 23
   - December 28 winter holidays

What do we need to change?

We'll talk about this during the call, but if people have a chance to
consult your calendars before the meeting starts, and maybe even send email
as a reply to this email, that would be great!

Best,

Spencer
