The deadline for the new drafts is mid November, which is not far away.

I don't recall our exact individual deadlines, but, I believe we should
get the main draft done by next week so that we can start working on the
new drafts.

Any ideas/suggestions/comments?

Hello everyone,

I met with Mark today.

Mark and I believe that a one-day design team meeting is a good idea to
discuss the status of the new/updated drafts. The deadline for the new
drafts is Nov. 12th (unless it is a WG item).

So, we should meet sometime in the first week of November. I also think
Cisco San Jose campus is the ideal location. We can have the conf call
for those who won't be able to attend on site.

Please state your preferred dates:
Nov 1st
Nov 5th
Nov 6th
Nov 7th

Probably, we will start early in the morning and the meeting will last
until we finish the agenda.

Comments, suggestions?

-acbegen

Rajiv: 1, 2, 8, 9
Ulas: 6th (also OK with 5th or 7th)

I don't know the building number yet. Our admin reserved the room. As
soon as she lets me know the location, I will let you know. But it will
be one of the building in the San Jose campus.

I will also email the conference call details once I got them.

But, I am reserving the room for the whole day, in any case.

Hi Michael,

This room has a VC system, we can arrange a VC session. However, in =
order to do that, I need to know the systems that will be used in the =
remote locations. So far, you, Greg and Rajiv will be attending =
remotely.=20

If you guys know what system you will be using, let me know and I can =
set it up.=20

Other option is to use cisco meetingplace, which is audio + shared =
whiteboard and presentation screen. So, as far as I could understand, =
you can see if we will have slides or use the virtual whiteboard on a =
computer. But if we discuss something on the physical whiteboard you =
will not see it.

Final option is to use skype, etc to enable the video (similar to the =
last meeting with Greg)

Let me know what you would like to do.

So, Rajiv will be here, Greg will use his laptop, meaning that he won't
be using a professional VC system that works with the Tandberg we have
here.

Then, the best course of action is to use the meetingplace and/or
skype/other messengers.
