The call for adoption is over (a week ago, sorry for the delay).
Adoption of the draft received good support and the draft is adopted.

Joris or Hans-Joerg, please issue an updated draft as
draft-ietf-jmap-tasks-00 when you get a chance.

This call for adoption is over (again being generous with the deadline).
The draft received support from the WG and is adopted.

Bron, you know what to do.

Hi All,

We have a single session at CalConnect for discussing both JMAP and CALEXT drafts which are related to CalConnect work. It's at 3am New York time, convenient for European early risers and very much for Australians. Not actually my first choice of time, but it's what we got given on the agenda.

Let me know if there's anything you want put on the agenda specifically, otherwise I'll be running through the minutes of the past meetings and picking out the interesting work.

Cheers,

Bron.

Hi,

Whilst I can't wait to use JMAP in production some time, I'm just
wondering why the IETF is still using Python 2.7 to (fail to) parse UTF8
in 2021?

tools.ietf.org is a server run by volunteers, and currently doesn't get
the attention it needs. It's not "the IETF".

You may want to look at <https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc9007.html>
instead.

Best regards, Julian

A New Internet-Draft is available from the on-line Internet-Drafts directories.
This draft is a work item of the JSON Mail Access Protocol WG of the IETF.

Title : JSContact: A JSON representation of contact data
        Authors : Robert Stepanek
                          Mario Loffredo
	Filename : draft-ietf-jmap-jscontact-05.txt
	Pages : 21
	Date : 2021-04-14

Abstract:
This specification defines a data model and JSON representation of
contact card information that can be used for data storage and
exchange in address book or directory applications. It aims to be an
alternative to the vCard data format and to be unambiguous,
extendable and simple to process. In contrast to the JSON-based
jCard format, it is not a direct mapping from the vCard data model
   and expands semantics where appropriate.
