This Extended Call for Papers for the 2009 International Conference on High Performance Computing, Networking an= d Communication Systems (HPCNCS-09) (website: <= /SPAN>http://www.PromoteResearch.org= ) is for those who didn't get a chance to sub= mit the papers for the earlier call for papers.
