I'd like to know if any of you might need to use WebEx for any working
group sessions taking place at IETF 76. Please note that at present I'm
looking more for a "I need WebEx because one of my key presenters will
not be physically present"=20

The OPS Area Open meeting will take place in Hiroshima on November 12,
2009. We have uploaded a preliminary agenda at
http://www.ietf.org/proceedings/09nov/agenda/opsarea.txt=20

Please send us you requests for agenda items. Writing one (or more than
one) I-D to explain the proposals is highly recommended. Starting with
IETF77 (Anaheim) having an I-D will be mandatory.=20

We shall also do our WG status reports and discussions this time. Each
WG in the OPS area must make sure that the chair or a representative of
the WG is present at the area meeting to present the report and discuss
questions.=20

Thanks and Regards,

Ron and Dan
