STNYF: Stream Communications Network, Inc.
Co-Founder of CNN and TNT Helps Bring Broadband and Cable to Poland!!!
Over the last decade, Poland has emerged as one of the most dynamic economies in Central Europe. The country is steadfastly achieving economic reforms such as privatization, deregulation, driving down inflation, and encouraging entrepreneurship and foreign investment. With a population of over 39 million, only 4.35 million currently subscribe to basic cable and only 6 million subscribe to the Internet. STNYF, a leading provider of broadband services in Southern Poland, is poised to exploit these factors as it is on the way to becoming a leader in the multi-billion dollar European broadband industry.

MARKET POTENTIAL AND OVERVIEW
Market research shows that adults in Poland spend and average of 4.5 hours per day watching television (one of the highest ratings in Europe.) The number of Internet users in Poland is 6 million and growing rapidly. Internet penetration is expected to increase from 13.5% to 50% by 2007. The market is very fragmented with 500 operators, most of them local and very small. As a broadband provider, STNYF has a competitive advantage that allows them to provide bundled services to the consumer which includes television, high-speed data transmission, and Internet access. As the only publicly traded cable-company in Poland, STNYF’s strategy is to grow through acquiring small regional operators and constructing new networks in the densely populated region of southern Poland.

KEY OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS
CEO-Stanislaw Lis has vast experience in the areas of finance, economics, and publicly traded companies. In 1988 he founded International UNP Holdings, an investment company engaged in the business of buying and financing Polish state-owned companies. Director-Robert J. Wussler is currently the President and CEO of Ted Turner Pictures and Documentaries. He is also former President of the CBS Television Network and CBS Sports as well as co-founder of CNN, TNT, WTBS, and VP of Turner Broadcasting among many other high level positions.

RECENT DEVELOPMENTS
6/3/2004 (CCNMatthews via Comtex) – Stream Communications Network, Inc. (OTCBB: STNYF) announces that the Company has signed letters of intent to purchase two cable TV networks with 2,200 subscribers in Silesia, Poland. These acquisitions, once complete, will bring the Company’s subscriber base to almost 60,000 cable TV and Internet subscribers combined, which represents a 50% growth rate of the Company since the beginning of this year.
Is anyone else here implementing the new ICANN transfer policy [1]?

If so, when performing a transfer undo operation [2] are you planning on
queueing service messages in the same way you do for a normal transfer, or
are you relying on some other mechanism to let clients know when the undo
has taken place?

Is anyone else here implementing the new ICANN transfer policy [1]?

If so, when performing a transfer undo operation [2] are you planning on
queueing service messages in the same way you do for a normal transfer, or
are you relying on some other mechanism to let clients know when the undo
has taken place?

Has anyone taken the time to collect all of the MUSTs, SHOULDs, MUST NOTs,
etc. from the EPP documents in any form of a conformance matrix?
