Dear all,

The WG chairs would like to get a poll about who out of the rmcat WG
intends to travel to the IETF 98 meeting in Chicago.

Please let us know until Feb 5th midnight by replying to this email.

We would plan for an interim meeting shortly after the IETF 98 meeting
in case that there is not a critical mass intending to attend a RMCAT
session.

Regards,

   Martin

Hi, =0A=
=0A=
I plan to attend and present update on both the NADA draft and the video-tr=
affic-model draft. =0A=
=0A=
By then we may also have made some progress regarding our open sourcing eff=
orts with the reference implementation in ns3 module corresponding to the f=
ramework draft. But on that piece since it involves internal legal approval=
 it's a "maybe"=0A=
=0A=
Thanks,=0A=

Dear all,

As we only have one probable and three confirmed attendees for an rmcat
session in Chicago, we will not hold a meeting this time.

We will come back shortly for instead scheduling a virtual interim a few
weeks after IETF 98.

Best Regards,
Anna

A New Internet-Draft is available from the on-line Internet-Drafts directories.
This draft is a work item of the RTP Media Congestion Avoidance Techniques of the IETF.

Title : Shared Bottleneck Detection for Coupled Congestion Control for RTP Media.
        Authors : David Hayes
                          Simone Ferlin
                          Michael Welzl
                          Kristian Hiorth
	Filename : draft-ietf-rmcat-sbd-06.txt
	Pages : 23
	Date : 2017-02-15

Abstract:
This document describes a mechanism to detect whether end-to-end data
flows share a common bottleneck. It relies on summary statistics
that are calculated based on continuous measurements and used as
input to a grouping algorithm that runs wherever the knowledge is
needed. This mechanism complements the coupled congestion control
   mechanism in draft-ietf-rmcat-coupled-cc.

Hi,

This is a revision of the SBD draft addressing the reviews done by Colin
and Ingemar (Thanks!). The changes are mainly clarifications of aspects
highlighted in the reviews. The biggest change in doing this was moving
3 subsections that were in section 3. Two of them to form their own
section, and one to join the timing section (now section 5).

Once again, thank you Colin and Ingemar!

Kind regards,

David

Dear all,

As previously announced, we plan to hold a virtual interim to progress
the rmcat work. In order to schedule the interim, please indicate your
availability at http://doodle.com/poll/xmzc3hwvuiz2d63s.

The poll will close on Monday February 27.

Best Regards,
Anna
