You would do better asking in sip-implementors or other forums about

now there is draft-polk-mmusic-traffic-class-for-sdp-01.txt - which 
is SDP based - for media line granularity, which SIP cannot do by itself.

In fact, I contacted them about this functionality and they apparently don't=
 currently support redirect responses for register messages in any current c=
ode rev, though it is planned as part of a future release.
