MARKET-TORQUE - The European Union’s Premier U.S. NASDAQ Timer...Dateline 3-02-04

New trading range (as of 3/02/04): Target-- 1.74 - True Health. Inc. (OTCBB: TRHL)

Monday, after the close, the Moving Average Convergence/Divergence (MACD) Oscillator rose above its signal line indicating a trend reversal. Never before in this stock’s history have the lines crossed this early. This means a huge reversal and strong up-trend. The stock is now headed upward. This time it indicates 1.74. This is exactly what happened in late November, three months ago when the stock ran from 0.69 to 1.48 in less than a month.

The stock is in position for a higher high and a higher low. The volume is very high. Also, TRHL just started again an unusual trading pattern. Large blocks of shares are being bought. Is this because the earnings are due shortly? Read on.

EARNINGS REPORT
New financials are due out very soon (looking for two weeks) - the stock has started to climb back toward its recent high.

TRHL has had seven consecutive quarters of revenue growth. Last quarter, revenues were up 385% and 329% for the three and nine month periods, respectively. The July 31, 2003 quarter revenues were up 412%.

But this is what we are looking at. Back in November TRHL started moving up approximately two weeks before its quarterly financial report. We are now approximately two weeks away from its next report, and according to the MACD Oscillator the stock has just started back on an up-trend. If you get in now, there’s a chance of 100 percent profit in less than a month.

That includes also the USA. The Iraq is the Cradle

second Worldwar. The USA must be careful that they don't
come into Hell completely in because the reunion of
Nazi-Germany. Who Protects Wholesale murderers and High
Traitors like the USA did for Decades, will be executed
as Wholesale murderer and as one guilty of High Treason
and ends up in the Pond of Fire. The USA raised
Nazi-Germany and is liable now for the reunited
Nazi-Germany. Germany made an Oath to God and the Leader
of the Nazis. That means everything what Germany does
falls back to God-Germany caused with that its own
Sentence. Which is Death on the Cross and Hell forever.
That is now reputed even for entire Mankind. If it would
be up to Germany the Mankind would be in Hell already and
lost forever. Hence The Mankind must be called now into

>From MS Thembie Khoumalo
Abidjan Ivory Coast, West Africa

Email: slimkhuma@reallyfirst.com

Hello,

I hope this letter will not upset you, as we have no previous
discussion on this matter. I am Miss Thembie Khoumalo, daughter of Mr. Donald =

Khoumalo; a Liberian former Director of Liberian Mining corporation (LMC)
who was assassinated by the Rebels fighting former President Charles
Taylor's Government in
 Dec.2002.

My mother died of heart attack, one year before my Father's death. I
and my brother John become orphans without anybody to care for us; even
the Government, which our father served and lost his life, didn't do
much to assist us. My father unsure of Liberian Political future had
secretly moved the sum of Ten Million USA Dollars [$10.Million] out of
Liberia and deposited it at a commercial bank in fix/suspense account in our
=

neighbouring Country of Ivory Coast. That was at the period when
Liberia was facing United Nation Embargoes and he had intended to use the
money for future elections.

We left Monrovia to live in Abidjan, Ivory Coast as political refugees
in August 2003 when the President; Mr. Charles Taylor was forced into
exile by the UN/ECOWAS authorities to pave way for tribal reconciliation
in our war torn country which will lead into bringing the rebel
soldiers that killed our father into Monrovia. We were advised to leave
Liberia to avert victimization in the hands of our father's political
enemies.

It was unfortunate that the Government that our father served and lost
his life did not make any arrangement to cover us in their plan to move
into comfortable arranged exile. The president Mr. Charles Taylor took
with him other
cabinet families who served with him when he was going
on exile but we were abandoned behind in Monrovia. So because the Rebels
are coming into Monrovia take over the Government we have no
alternative than to escape as they may kill us as they killed our father.

I hereby request you to assist us by acting as our late father's
foreign business partner so that you will help us to transfer the money from
=

Ivory Coast here to your country or any other safe location for
investment purposes. You will also help us to migrate to your country to
continue our lives as orphans and with your guidance; the money will be
invested in profitable ventures while we continue our
 education.

Kindly inform me what percentage of the total sum you wish to receive
as compensation for rendering your help.

You should please treat this matter as confidential, as I would not
like to expose the existence of the money at the Bank for security reasons
ranging from our refugee status here and our father's status as civil
servant in the past Liberian Government.

Kindly study my request carefully and send your response to the above
email addresses.

Thanks in advance for saving our
 lives.

Yours Sincerely,

Thembie Khoumalo

Needle Pricks Key Danger to Doctors and Nurses

AIDS and Hepatitis C
Today, AIDS and Hepatitis C are an important concern for doctors and nurses in the operating room, the emergency room and all over the hospital, especially when handling any type of contaminated needles. Suture needles account for a whopping 40% of all needle sticks, a very dangerous environment for doctors and nurses.

The Problem

20 Million people worldwide have died from AIDS.
40 million people are infected with HIV outside the U.S.
25% of all HIV infected Americans don't even know they have it.

SutureMate - The Solution

The Suture Mate is designed to facilitate the safe handling of sharp medical instruments as mandated by OSHA Directive CPL 2-244D and the federal Needle-stick Safety Act.

Designed and developed by Dr. Michael Swor, MD, it is a disposable surgical device that has been clinically proven to reduce glove perforations by 60-80%, and percutaneous injuries by 70%. In other words this surgical devise helps prevent the transference of these highly contagious diseases.

Equity Spoltight: OSF Financial Services - OSSI

Could OSSI be the next Ditech, Lending Tree, E-Loan, or Countrywide? Countrywide UP 23,000% since 1982, 156% in last year alone.

2003 saw one of the the biggest booms in real estate history. Homeownership is at its highest level ever at 68%, and experts are predicting 2004 will be even bigger. In fact, since 2000 the stocks of the ten financial companies that dominate mortgages have risen an average of 78%. You have all heard of such companies as Ditech, Lending Tree, E-Loan, and Countrywide. These companies are riding the current wave of record refinancing, posting record revenues and phenomenal gains. For you, the investor, it may very well be too late to get in on the ground floor of these already well-known entities. But is it too late for you to get into this market at all? Absolutely not.

OSF Financial Services - OSSI - is just now getting its legs and will soon be up and running at full speed. Here is your chance to get in while the getting is good.

To illustrate the rise in stock prices per the real estate boom of 2003, we can use as an example Countrywide Financial. 77% of Countrywide's pre-tax earnings are derived from mortg. banking. Net earnings went from 842 million dollars for the 12 months ended 12/31/2002 to a whopping 2 billion, 373 million dollars for 12 months ended 12/31/2003, with diluted earnings per share going from 4.87 in 2002 to 12.47 in 2003.

52-week Range - 37.96 - 97.30

Fourth quarter highlights include the following:

Consolidated net earnings reached 564 million dollars, advancing 121 percent over fourth quarter last year.

Earnings per diluted share increased 89 percent over last year to 2.74, the Company's second highest quarter on record. Notably, the Company's Liquid Yield Option Notes became convertible during the fourth quarter, resulting in an upswing in the number of diluted shares outstanding for the quarter of 10.4 million. This had a dilutive effect on fourth quarter earnings of 0.14 per share and on annual earnings of 0.17 per share.

Pre-tax earnings from Diversified Businesses were 246 million dollars, a gain of 122 percent over last year's fourth quarter.

INCREDIBLE Gains.

Countrywide Financial was established in 1969, but you can see an astounding rise in stock value came last year, coinciding with a never before seen real estate boom. Just last year alone stock value was up an est. %156.

According to Shawn Tully from FORTUNE Magazine:

"Most amazing of all is that Countrywide boasts the best stock market performance of any financial services company in the FORTUNE 500, measured from the start of the Great Bull Market over two decades ago. During that period, it has delivered investors a 23,000% return—yes, 23,000% —or 30% a year, so that shareholders now have over $230,000 for every $1,000 they invested in late 1982. It handily beat superstars WaMu, Wal-Mart, and Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway (all around 15,000%)."

The time has come and gone to get in early with Countrywide, but the time is right for OSSI.
